(n.) A small child dressed like P. Diddy. The thugged-out child of a gangbanger. Any kid wearing more bling than Elizabeth Taylor. The speedy augmentation of their species was first noted in a Joliet mall where vast numbers of thuglets were being hauled around by their single, teenaged mothers.

(adj.) Important to you, but not to me. For example, information about your cat's allergies. This is important to you, because this information can be used to prevent your cat from puking in your bed. Unportant to me, because I don't own a cat, will never sleep in your bed, and, basically, couldn't care less.
